Can I return my scooter?
Yes.
Unused scooters in original packaging may be returned within the return window specified in our Return Policy.
Please note:
The scooter must be unused and in resalable condition.
Return authorization is required before shipping.
Return shipping fees may apply for non-defective returns.
Do I need to assemble the scooter?
Very little assembly is required.
Most scooters arrive approximately 90–95% pre-assembled. In most cases, you only need to:
- Unfold the scooter
- Attach the handlebars
- Tighten a few screws
- Fully charge the battery before first use
Can I ride in the rain?
Light splashes and damp roads are generally acceptable.
However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain, deep puddles, or flooding conditions, as water damage is typically not covered under warranty.
Is financing available?
Yes.
