Battery Range Disclaimer

The advertised riding range is based on controlled testing conditions, including:

  • Rider weight: 60 kg

  • Ambient temperature: 25°C

  • Average speed: 20 km/h

  • Flat urban road conditions

Actual battery range may vary depending on:

  • Rider weight

  • Terrain

  • Temperature

  • Wind conditions

  • Tire pressure

  • Riding habits

Differences between advertised and real-world range do not automatically indicate a product defect.

If reduced range is caused by a verified battery defect, GoKukirin will provide appropriate warranty support.

Return Procedure

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Step 2: Return Authorization

After approval, our customer support team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Step 3: Ship the Product

The product must be shipped within 7 days after return approval.
